Wall Panels

Wall panels can help you get your project under roof in days. All our panels are built on our TRIAD Smart Wall line to exact tolerances. Each panel is clamped and squared at each station assuring the panels will fit tight and provide a strong and rigid framework.

Typically we frame 2x4 and 2x6 walls 16” oc with 7/16” OSB sheathing overlapped at all rough openings. All our headers consist of multiple 2x12 or EWP (engineered wood products) framing members adding to the superior strength of each wall panel.

Wall panels are built in lengths not exceeding 16’. They vary in height from 2’ to 24’. Sloped ceilings and tall walls are no problem. We match your AutoCAD drawings with our wall profiles to get an exact fit. All tall walls are framed with Weyerhaeuser timber strand studs. Strong and straight.
